Service Fees

Concierge and service fees paid to Access are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Confirmed Bookings

Refund eligibility depends on the supplier’s policy. Bookings may be:

  • Fully refundable
  • Partially refundable
  • Non-refundable

Refund Timing

Refunds may take 7–21 business days.

Force Majeure

Refunds remain subject to supplier policies.
