Access provides luxury concierge and travel-related services including but not limited to:

• Hotel bookings
• Restaurant reservations
• Chauffeur services
• Yacht charters
• Private aviation
• Villas and private stays
• Fast Track services
• Events and experiences
• Travel itinerary planning

Access acts as a coordinator and intermediary between clients and third-party service providers.

Booking Confirmation

All requests are subject to availability and final confirmation. A request is only confirmed once:

• Access confirms it in writing
• Required payment has been received

Pricing & Payment

All prices are subject to change until booking confirmation. Pricing may include:

• Service fees
• Supplier charges
• Applicable taxes or government fees

Cancellation & Amendments

Any cancellation or modification after confirmation is subject to supplier policies. Bookings may be:

• Non-refundable
• Partially refundable
• Subject to cancellation fees

Liability

Access is not the owner or operator of hotels, restaurants, transportation providers, or third-party suppliers. Access is not liable for:

• Service quality issues
• Delays
• Cancellations
• Circumstances beyond reasonable control

Client Information

Clients are responsible for ensuring all provided information is accurate.

Special Requests

Some services rely on Access’s network and relationships. Access does not guarantee fulfillment of all requests.

Acceptable Use

Clients may not use Access services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

Intellectual Property

All website content is owned by or licensed to Access.
